Why I Started Milling My Own Flour

I used to think bread was bad for you—until a conversation between Dr. Ben Edwards and Sue Becker challenged my understanding. What I learned transformed not just my thoughts around bread, but how I understand God’s design for health and provision. Fresh-milled flour isn’t just a healthier alternative to our modern bread; it’s a return to the grain God created and packed with 40 of 44 nutrients our bodies need for life. What started as baking for my own family quickly grew into something I couldn’t keep to myself. Now, it’s my mission to teach other women to mill their own flour and bake nourishing food while embracing their God-given roles as wives and homemakers.
